Is this ok that before this mod on 100% power 6 wheels (5x5) batteries lifetime was ~2 days and with this mod on 5% its lifetime decreased to ~16-20 hours?
The speed per power without this mod seems a lot better or I am doing something wrong?

@Sadragos, I have no complaints. This mod is a life-saver, and feels like it's got "should be vanilla" balancing for the large grid wheels. I can't believe how under-powered the vanilla large grid wheels are. I'm stoked to see that this is up to date! Thanks for the mod!

@Sadragos Not sure you're still maintaining or updating this mod but will this be updated for the new vanilla 2x2 wheels added with the recent automatons update?

To be fair with something like NotePad++ it's honestly really easy to edit .sbc and .cs files then save it as a local mod.

All you'd really need to do is add in something like this:

else if (componenet.BlockPairName.Contains("2x2"))
{
componenet.PropulsionForce *= 2.0f;
componenet.AxleFriction += 3f;

Probably not quite the right syntax but really you'd just be copying and editing the original code anyway.

understood, makes sense. i was just curious

This mod will most likeley not support modded wheels that do not match the vanilla scheme since I'd have to manually add support for each and every wheel mod.
TrueWhiteKnight 16 Apr, 2022 @ 7:57am
are you adding modded wheel support in the future or is this an as is mod?
Sadragos  [author] 16 Apr, 2022 @ 3:52am
Thats correct. Only 3x3 and 5x5 are affected.

i have the same question as @YAKFLY
YAKFLY 10 Mar, 2022 @ 11:53pm
Ha ok understood, you trigger is the 3x3 or 5x5 designation. So I assume the 2x2 and 4x4 wheels added by Lifted wheel mod will not be affected ?
