This building is inspired and modeled after the Renaissance Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA.

The real place is doing very well - but in Real Places Inc , the owners decided to convert to office space in the city. The building is almost completely converted with the exception of a few remaining rooms on floors 3 and 4.

Major hotel infrastructure still exists from the ball room with an additional rental kitchen, to service elevators that are dedicated to some floors in the building. This building has everything considered - new elevators, sprinklers, smoke alarms, security cameras, unisex bathrooms, two sets of emergency stairs, and server rooms with access to external walls.
