[B2V] Mission scripts

Description
Mission scripts from Back 2 Vanilla.

Files that caused B2V to not load when playing custom campaigns.
Separating them into a standalone mod solved this issue.

Restored (for servers):
  • old melee sets for official campaigns
  • no CS:S weapons on official maps
  • L4D2 specials (+viewmodels) on L4D maps

@i shit my pants "For some reason" really doesn't make for a very good explanation, troubleshooting hint or... anything, really. If you were to disable all but this add-on and start a single-player campaign/local server, I'm 100% sure it would work as intended.

@i shit my pants That's impossible. With this add-on you can't even give yourself the knife with sv_cheats enabled.

@BlackPrior1997 You can check it yourself, can't you? I don't even know what add-on you're talking about because you didn't link it.
If the mod in question conflicts, but contains only L4D1 maps' scripts, then my add-on is going to work partially (only on L4D2 maps). That is if you install it in the correct order ( after your add-on). Otherwise it'll completely override it.
