I tried to use this a few years ago and never could get it to work.

Came back to DOS2 a month ago, and since it was still favorited, tried to get it to work again and no dice. I tried different load orders, and nothing else should've conflicted with this.

Not a big deal, since loading times are fast anyhow.

Then mod his mod motherfucker. Show us what a pro you are when it comes to making mods. We'll wait. Forever, probably.

@Ray It's hilarious but also deeply upsetting how entitled some people are around mods. I honestly wish they could be banned from the workshop in some instances. (And of course they are a Floridian lol).

Six months later and people are still showing up to dunk on that idiotic comment.

Just a reminder that modders don't owe you anything.

@Dyanosis The mod does what it says. It works. That is all that can be expected from a modder. If you expect constant support and upgrades you are delusional. How does mods take away from devs creative freedom? Their creative freedom lies in what goes into the game when it is created, what comes after in no way takes away from their creative freedom or takes away their credit for creating the game. Finally it is not ironic at all. He did something he wanted to do, everything he don't want to do will feel like work. Should be pretty easy to understand.

I find it highly ironic that the author of this mod says they don't want to make too many changes because "it's work and I don't like work" but yet you figured out how to build a mod using the Script Extender. And you offered for people to send you artwork for you to consider adding. All of which was literally more, unnecessary work, that you never had to do but you did.

The way you responded is the EXACT reason I hate when everyone and their mother is asking "where's the mod support?!" on every freaking game out there nowadays. 1) Mod support takes away from the devs creative freedom if someone else can just jump in and take credit for all the work. And 2) people like you saying "I made this this but now I don't want to work on it or deal with it because it's work" but you, willingly and knowingly, signed yourself up for "work" when you made the mod.

If you don't want to work, then don't write mods. Period.

GM mode does not seem to work with this mod. Story mode does though.
