Reskins the vanilla models of US Infantry

(This should work with the campaign and skirmish mode.)

The models used for this reskin mod are:

Battlefield 4 models for the Marines, Rangers, and Navy Seals.
Multicam models for the Regular US Army.

I also changed a couple of weapon skins:
SCAR to HK416
MP5SD to Mk18 Assault Rifle
M39EMR to M110 DMR
