Up to 60 fix (Weight Bench - Strength Training)

Description
This fixes a bug where the Weight Bench - Strength Training doesnt train to 60, but only 59. Also changes the hunger rate to 1.2 from 1.5 to fit in with all other vanilla/modded training buildings.
