Description
After received some cmt about errors when load game. I have fixed some problem as below:
- Delete fail assets
- Add missing assets
- TMPE despawning is disable => traffic flow rate: 80%
- Overcoming disruption of public transport
- Restrict the use of high buildings

Some city statistics:
- Population: 140k
- Traffic flow: 80%
- Tourist: 40k/week
- Net income: 500k USD/week
- Industry: 4 IP with 4 main industry (Agriculture, Forest, Oil, Ore)
- And many blank zone for your creation!

You did a gorgeous map but with many problems. I tryed here with no sucess. My suggestion, if you can, of course. Try to do only the map with terrain and roads. So everybody will play this excelent map with no problems.

If you see the error OUT OF RANGE, please tick "OK" about 10 times => Game will run normally

BIFFA can loading this map :) I don't know what error you see, but it working good in my PC.
