The Federation tower

Description
The Federation tower is the second tallest building in Europe. It is located in Moscow.

In the game, the building accommodates 2,714 residents.

I did a little bit in the style of the game, removing the Bank logo and put a red star instead :)

Building itself is expensive.
This building was supposed to be my first mod, but alas, my hands just reached it, I finished the model, there are a few jambs with lines, but in General it is not noticeable.

Who does not feel sorry, you can sacrifice a little money, it encourages the creation of new mods :)

Nice Save , I just checked, everything is being completed perfectly. try deleting the file with the extension .bbox.

The third construction phase doesn't have a name and doesn't use mechanisms, so it takes ages to complete the 8k workdays needed. From looking at ini file and some vanilla ones, I think you have it written as POURING_ CONCRETE where it should be SKELETON_CASTING, which would make it a pouring concrete phase in game and allow it to use cranes? I'm not modder so not entirely sure I'm correct.

Предложение.Может быть,в связи с появлением новых функций сделать здание помимо жилого дома еще и туристическим объектом?

Поищу, был сайт с полной 3D моделью сити, типа рекламного проекта, но башни нева тауэр там не было.

DR shpuntik, если есть возможность, хотел бы ещё увидеть нижние этажи некоторых башен, тк на фотографиях из интернета попросту нет (более детальный и качественных, чтобы можно было разглядеть) ...

DR shpuntik, пока что офисов в игре нет... так что останется жилым зданием.
Да, знаю, что хотели сделать с шпилем, но сейчас его нет (шпиля). Думаю лучше оставить его таким, каков он есть, можно конечно дорисовать шпиль, но здание будет уже другим, немного, чем тот, который находится в мск.
Никакого отношения не имеет к советскому прошлому. Хотел современное здание видеть в игре, лого втб сменил на красную звезду, чтобы немного сочеталось с игрой
