Description
Was thinking about Rey Mysterio Junior's Halloween Havoc '97 counter on Eddy Guerrero on this Hallow's Eve of 2020, so I created a version.

Thought about naming it "Havoc Counter," then settled on the literal title.

(gif animation is a bit faster than gameplay animation)

I can attempt to do it as a corner grapple, but it seems a little beyond my capabilities right now. I'll give it a whirl, though. If it never shows up, I've failed miserably.
