Why I made this mod

These units are total trash tier. Worse stats that militias and locked behind reform, they fill no niche at all.

So I tried to think of a niche that could work for them - and I came up with this idea, that by making them recruit at full hp, they could be "fast response" peasant armies, raised super quickly to defend territories without the need to muster.

They are still weak, but might help buff up a garrison force in a pinch, before getting disbanded when no longer needed.
