Ah, it was after dark that I was missing. That solves it.

I have industries, parklife, after dark and mass transit. As for assets Im not sure, I subscribed a few this evening. For mods I have prop and tree anarchy, road anarchy (2 i think), achieve it so the small utilities I use dont block my achievements and ploppable rico.

Also maybe there's some other needed things? I'm getting loading errors near the cemetery by the lake, for example.

You should include Industries in the Required DLC section on the right.
