Large Confiscation Centers... Uh, of Variety

Streets of Variety 2 originally had one each of 1x2 Confiscation and Deportation centers but there is currently a weird level generation bug that forces the game to always spawn the largest possible center on every uptown floor, so those were the only two chunks of those types that would ever spawn if they were left in the pack. Instead of throwing them out though I figured I might as well do another mini pack and made a few more to expand it to 5 of each type, not a massive amount of variety but enough for the average run. Just keep in mind that if you load up this chunk pack it will prevent any 1x1 centers from spawning in uptown, the bug has already been reported and there's nothing else I can do about it.

If there is interest I may expand upon this in the future. Normally I only update chunk packs to fix errors and make other small changes but for this one I may end up adding additional chunks later on. There also aren't any 2x2 chunks since those have an even weirder version of the bug where it always spawns at least one 2x2 center but then can spawn many additional centers of any size, so you can end up with nonsense like six confiscation centers on a single uptown area which has very little room for much else. So that's a dumb thing I might also experiment with, because why not, but would definitely be a separate pack.
