Adventuring Party - Nakai only

The Adventuring Party mod, but this enables it for Nakai only.
Enables recruitment of all heroes from the start and increases the hero cap to 100. So no need for buildings that add hero capacity or recruitment.

I can't enable recruitment from both hordes and settlements at the same time, so I made this.

ONLY USE THIS OR THE NORMAL MOD, NOT BOTH
