Building footprint 12x13.

LOAD ORDER
Designed as connected mod - for players with activated Tannery MOD. It needs to be placed in your Mods List according to specific load order. More details are available at Recommended Mods List[www.dropbox.com]

Basic load order:
1. Tannery MOD.
2. Town's Leathery MOD.

IMPORTANT
Before starting building process, please remember to flatten properly ground.
Mod is made with safeguard function - without needed mods your game won't crash and you won't see Town's Leathery in game's bottom menu.
