Inspired by the DLC Battle for the Bosporus. This mod would let China( PRC/ROC/Warlord) add own core to Khalkha,Tibet,South Siberia,Zhetysu,Amur,Himalaya region through Nation Focus, and also get wargoal if necessary.

State shape map changed, and core add from national focus.
