About wolf and hawk, yes, idk why i added metalness to them, My Bad.
About the second one, i can't understand well what are you try to tell me.
And the third one, i got that metalness exactly from the Game, i didn't modify it.

The first is remove the stacks and metal/ch textures for the wolf and hawk. They have no metalness so those are taking up memory without doing anything.
Second is a few materials have lines for an ao texture which are exclusively for the eyeshader. Since Vertexlitgeneric can't use those the workshop uploader excluded those vtf from your submission entirely. You might as well delete those vtf too since they're taking up space on your drive.
Third is the metalness in the alpha looks dim. If that's how you got it from the game the developers might be strengthening it through the shader for whatever reason. Might want to level it till metal bits are either white or near white.
