Description
This is a large home (possibly considered a mansion) that is for you to live in. It is located outside of whiterun beside the Battle Born Farm. This house is complete (but feel free to make suggestions)

Feel free to edit as you see fit.

The throne room/entry way.
-2 manniquins
-2 weapon racks
-2 chests
-2 strongholds
The bedroom/Library/Kitchen.
- double bed
- 4 side tables
- 28 book shelves

The Smithing area. (5 Piece Set with 3 chests)

The bath house.

-5 beds (one for houscarl)

Armoury:
-8 weapons racks

This house is family compatible with a mode to move your family in. Check out Custom Family Home to do this.

No DLC's are required for this home.

I am creating a version of this home with hearthfire which will includes:

-Bee Nests
-Farming
-Livestock
-Fishing

its cool its just seems dull like your in someone elses home not yours find a way to like build or claim it not just go right on in
Also it feels lifeless in a way

the above mod will allow you to move your family in. I have tested it with this mod and it does work. I hope that helps. This mod is done as far as what i will be doing with it. But i give full rights to anyone who wants to modify and repost if you wish.
