After his assault on the undersea Reptoid base, Duke returns to LA. But en route, the EDF receive intel that the Reptoids have a secret facility for mass producing, freezing, and then exporting frozen insectoid super soldiers and slimer eggs across the country. The EDF helicopter that extracted Duke after BobSP4 lands at this site instead of returning him home, for one last job: To mop up what remains of the Reptoid presence on Earth, then to rendezvous with the evac chopper. What makes this map unique is that the computers throughout the level contain log entries written by the Reptoids, telling their side of the story for once.
