Description
This fixes the spawns for npc racers in Valo City. If the mod has trouble installing, try using the custom installer.

Yeah for some reason when you update a mod with the games tool it automatically links to never gonna give you up.

I was too lazy to remove it

The mod fixes the spawns in the earlier areas so every racer doesn't spawn within 3 feet of eachother on the freeway, instead of actually being around the map.

how exactly mod fixes spawn? racers spawning closer to player in beginning or just more often? or some other way
