Fireball Throw (Custom "Mist")

The flash paper way, using the fire sprites from Fire Pro Returns. Attacker takes a second to light it, then tosses it in the defender's face. I think I might make a salt throw out of this animation at some point, using white mist

Damage is comparable to the Big Fire, but bumped up some

Use parts from the first collection for the bigger fireball, or parts from the second for the original smaller fireball
