Description
Changes the amount of uses for paint cans and plaster buckets from 4 to 20. Tested with build 40.43. If you play on another version please let me know whether it works or not.

Inspired by "Fix Paint and Plaster" (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=617707824), but overrides nothing beside all paint cans and plaster buckets themselves.

@Rune Trantor it will probably not work. There are a few new properties on the modified items. I just uploaded a build 41 version :)
