Description
Alternate uranage, using part of the avalanche uranage as a base - back grapple version

Damage matches the default move

Update: Went back and reworked a fair bit of it - the throw is higher and has a slight sort-of stall to it, and the startup is a lot smoother

Update2: Somehow I'd forgotten the crowd flag
