Increases the army cap by 100, letting you recruit a bunch of armies from the start.

Requested by someone.

Player only, works on all difficulties. Comments says it works with SFO, yay

Just tested, and it works. You can only recruit one lord per province per turn, maybe that is it. If not, you'll have to be specific.

This is AMAZING! haha great for messing around or playing on higher difficulties giving you a fightign chance vs the spam stacks.
