This gives Armed Guards Rifles. Note:This only works with new armed guards

This mod breaks the equipment list of ALL guards, armed guards and dog handlers, old or new on the multiple saves I tried it out on. It's not a major thing but it peeves the hell out of me.

@moca25 Some Guards Have Rifles, Some Still Have Shotguns.
