illusory is for the mod support unlocking, this is for the command console which doesn't neccasarily need Illusory to install

Wait nvm only the host of a server can use it ok its called Unreal Unlocker, UUU Client or somethin

I used the command console... You can get it for mane Unreal Engine games, but I won't name the easy to access software since I know there will be 8 year olds who use it to wreck servers.
