Metal Gear Solid Sound Theme muda as trilhas sonoras do menu de Left 4 Dead 2 para as trilhas sonoras de Metal Gear Solid, muda também a sonorização de chegada a safe e room, e é mudado também a trilha sonora da tela final de campanhas no caso aquela que sobe as informações de estatísticas do jogo.
