BAE Amphibious Combat Vehicle

Description
The BAE Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) is the USMC's replacement for the LAV-25 and AAV vehicles.
Disclaimer: (As I have absolutely no 3D modeling experience, I used the AM7-V Marshall as a base, all credits go to Bohemia Interactive for the 3D models.)

The vehicle has three weapons.
-XM813 auto-cannon with two fire rates, 200 RPM and 300 RPM (The XM813 is a variant of the MK44 Bushmaster II).
-M240 coaxial machine gun.
-BGM-71 TOW (The model of the launcher is not on the vehicle, the ATGM comes out of the auto cannon).

It can carry 13 passengers, (five of them are inside of the vehicle's models, if you enable third person view, you shouldn't be seeing from inside the transparent model.)
It has various camouflages included suited for Woodland, Arid and Snowy environments. (There is also a joke camouflage, not telling what it is)

There are currently 3 variants.
-ACV (Standard IFV)
-ACV-Unarmed (Same as the ACV but without a turret)
-ACV-RSOP (Standing for "Rangers Special Operation Package", this version uses fictional variant of Spike missiles that can engage both air and surface targets, along with a faster firing gun)
-Hyper-IFV (This one is a joke, it's overpowered, do not use for actual operations or balanced gameplay)

- Fixed Spike damage.

- Fixed some config errors.
- Fixed the error that says you require ACE for this addon, the ACE compatibility file is in an optional folder.

So I would recommend talking to the the Italian military Pedenge mod dev team and ask permission from them to use their superAV model( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=853934161 ). They have superAV model in that mod and you could probably reskin that model and release as a standalone mod but you got to get permission from them.

yeah i noticed the ACV ended up being based on the Iveco SuperAV. The new ARV is still in contention between a smaller variant of the ACV or the Yextron Cottonmouth.

I could update this mod once I get more free time from my charged schedule. For models I had used the vanilla Marshall and simply re-textured and changed its abilities even though it is based on the Patria AMV, and more specifically the South African Badger IFV, this is because at the time, the ACV proposals were using Iveco or Patria platforms for the bid.

So unless I learn to model in Arma 3, it would be difficult for me to replicate its real counterpart. If I can get access to the models from the Sahara DLC which would help the missiles look not as janky, this would be another option.

As for Odern_'s question, it should appear under NATO and then APCs, you can also search "ACV" in the search bar.

what are the chances of being able to get you to return to this project. with the full release of the ACV and ACV-30 and with the ARV and ARV-30 on its way IRL, I would love to get up to date models and capabilities. There's a distinct lack of marine amphibious vehicles on the workshop, especially more modern day

Sadly I think not. Editing Bohemia made models is impossible due to the model files being encrypted.

The next best thing would be making my own Patria AMV model. Arma 3's Marshall is based on the badger variant of it. However this would take a long time.
