Paintable Brainiac Hairpiece

This will make the Brainiac Hairpiece to be paintable. The texture was slighty changed, but the unpainted vs. the vanilla version is pratically the same thing. The paint saturation was made to look like the Mutton Chops. I don't know if I'll make the color more bright, this would require even more bright to the texture (the texture is already really white, so...)
