My roadmap, Difficulty and Point Shop
First Run
There are 5 difficulties in Resident Evil 3, two of witch are locket. To unlock Nightmare you have to finish Hardcore and after finishing Nightmare you will unlock Inferno.

I recommend you start with Standard. Play through your game collecting all collectibles and getting easy achievements out of the way.

Point Shop and farming
After finishing your first run you will unlock Point Shop where you can buy many useful items like healing coins or infinite ammo weapons.
To get points you will need to complete special tasks called Records. You can check them out in Bonuses section of main menu or in pause menu. Many of those tasks require you to kill certain amount of enemies with specific weapons. I recommend to farm those points as those items are well worth it and make game way easier.

Here's a video with my favorite farm spots

Second Run
During my second run I went for

I Might Need These Later! - Complete the game using 1 or fewer recovery items.

This one time you actually must use a healing item. It's after you get infected by a huge spider.

I will not bother you with 2+h video of this run because let's be honest, who want to watch that? I will just briefly write about it.

I played it on Assisted.

After finishing my first run I had enough points to buy 2 Healing Coins witch will heal you over time as long as you have them in your inventory.
I also used this run to farm some point and before I dealt with the spiders I had infinite ammo assault rifle. Why not Rocket Launcher? Well it's very expensive and require a lot of farming, and you need assault rifle kills anyway.

I had enough point for Rocket Launcher after I finished this run.
3rd, 4th and 5th run
Now it's time to clear those difficulty related achievemets.

Veteran - Complete the game on "Hardcore" or higher.

Conqueror - Complete the game on "Nightmare" or higher.

Dominator - Complete the game on "Inferno."

Sensational Work! - Complete the game with an S rank.

Jill Valentine - Complete the game with an S rank on "Inferno."

Sprinter - Complete the game in under 2 hours of play time.

Hardcore run

At this point you should have Rocket Launcher. It kills all enemies in one or two shots (1 shot with assault coins) except Nemesis.
To get S rank you need to finish a run with 5 or less saves and in a specific time limit - 1h 45m for Hardcore and 2h for Inferno. You can go for S rank on Hardcore or wait for Inferno as you will have to get S rank for Jill Valentine achievement.
Infinite ammo weapons DO NOT void S rank! WOOHOO!

Nightmare run

Hardcore is super easy with Rocket Launcher. You just run through it like hot knife through a butter.
The same goes for Nightmare, maybe except last boss fight which is quite difficulty but I faund a neet method for it, check out boss fight video down below.
At this point you should start investing points in Assault Coins and Defens Coins. Also S.T.A.R.S. Manual is preatty good and worth haveing.

On Nightmare gems and RCPD ID Card are in different places. I got videos on that too if oyu need them,

Inferno run

Here you will go for Jill Valentine achievement
Main difficulty here may be save limit. To get S rank you can save only 5 times.
I saved right at the satrt when you get out of the train, at the start of sewers area, at the start of RCPD, at the start of NEST and before final boss fight (at that's the most important save).
You also have ot finish this run in under 2h but that's easy.
Last boss fight at this difficulty is brutal but as mentioned above I have a video for you that should help you out. Check out below.

6th run
This was my Minimalist run.

Minimalist - Complete the game without opening the item box.

You can't use item box so all special weapons, coins and other stuff from the shop is out. All except Inventory Upgrades witch you should definitely buy. You will find those extra bags outside item box.

Difficulty

Don't start this run on assisted difficulty. You have extra inventory slots from the shop and starting on assisted will give you extra slots and an assault rifle. You won't be able to utilize bought slots and rifle will take up inventory, plus you will try to collect assault rifle ammo clogging inventory even more.
But there is a trick you can use if you really want to play on assisted. Start on standard and let some random zombie kill you few times, game will ask you if you want to lower the difficulty and you will be able to play on assisted.

Inventory Management

With all the extra space from the shop I didn't had any major problems with inventory management. I had plenty of ammo playing on standard. When picking up herbs be sure to combain them when you need to heal or when you need extra space. With gunpowder I went for shotgun ammo and .44 later in the game.

Weapons

Handgun - you start with it and can't get rid of. I skipped Moderator upgrade as it takes additional slot but installed Red Dot Sight and Extended Mag.

G18 Handgun (Burst Model) - don't pick it up in the hospital. You already have 9mm weapon.

Shotgun - great weapon throughout the game, I upgraded it to the max.

Grenade Launcher - definitely take it. It helps a lot during boss battles and in some situations when you have to clear a lotst of enemies in one spot. One explosive grenade instead of 20 or 30 pistol shots will save you plenty of ammo.

Lightning Hawk - well, that's the pistol that kills bald heads so yeah, take it. Also good for boss fights. I didn't upgrade it though as extended barrel will make it larger.

All in all it wasn't a hard run. I was kinda low on ammo during third boss battle so be carefull not to shoot around like crazy when you have lots of bullets in your inventory. They dissapear faster than you think.
Misc Achievements and videos

Two For One Deal - Defeat two enemies with a single shot.

Electric Slide - Gather all the fuses in the warehouse within 5 minutes.

Fuggedaboutim Record

Puzzles
Train Puzzle

Lab Puzzle

1st Boss Fight (Flamer)

Nemesis Down? - Defeat Nemesis on the rooftop.

This fight is quite easy. In first phase of the fight Nemesis will be attacking you with flamethrower. Shoot the fuel tank he has at his back. You can stun him with nearby generator, use this to pick up all supplies as you won't be able to do so after the fight.
After few shots fuel tank will explode engulfing him in flames. In this phase he will try to get close to you and either impale you on his weapon or hit you with it. All it takes to finish him off is one grenade.

2nd Boss Fight (Feral)

I Don't Feel So Good - Leave the clock tower plaza.

It's recommended that you bring Grenade Launcher to this fight.
Use Flame Grenades to start damage over time and follow up with a shotgun. At some point he will start running around but that changes nothing. Just avoid his attack and continue damaging him. There is some ammo all around the arena.
In last phase he will start running on the buildings. Use Mine Grenades to knock him off the buildings. He will be stunned for a while and his hart will be exposed so shoot it. Repeat until he's defeated.

3rd Boss Fight (Lab)

Nemesis Down!? - Defeat Stage 2 Nemesis.

This fight is similar to previous one.
Start with Flame Grenade and few shotgun shots to his face.
When dealt enough damage he will start running around and some zombies will start popping out.
This time track and when he stops shoot red buttons to electrocute him and bring him down.
Carlos will help you communicating his position. After few more shots fight will be over.

4th Boss Fight (Fianl)

Nemesis Down!!! - Defeat Stage 3 Nemesis.

This can be a really fast fight if you time it right.
Right at the start get the railgun an shoot him. That's end of phase one.
Now's the tricky part. Shoot 4 pink tumors that will pop out of him while moving forward. Ideally you want to be near the last battery when he falls. You will be able to push in 2 batteries with no problem and if you fast enough even a third one but if you to slow don't worry, just start pushing and when he hits you heal up and continue. After that gram railgun again and finish the fight.

4th Boss Fight (Final Boss Fight) Easy Method for Nightmare or Inferno Difficulty
Very hard fight made easy.
As the battle starts go right for the nearest battery. You will have to dodge few easy attacks. Grab it for a moment and let go. This will cancel his attacks and trigger grab attack. Dodge it and shoot two rockets aiming low. If you miss shoot him again.
As he falls go for another battery and push it in. Get back to this first battery and do the same thing again. Now go for yet another battery. Repeat that for the third time and the fight is over.

That video on how to beat final form nemi was on point! When you think on it, it does make sense that you'd be grabbed before you pop his gross boils. But out right exploiting a script animation was amazing! Thank you!
