Cho's Vestal Rework

Description
Highlights of this reworked:

* Vestal's damage and mace bash have been buffed a bit to make frontline Vestal more viable

* AoE healing is broken so it has been removed. To somewhat compensate, single target heal now also self heals Vestal. The AoE heal was replaced with a free action heal that has a cooldown.

* To reduce the spammy nature of Vestal's heals, her healing potency goes down for the next round whenever she heals. You can still heal 2 rounds in a row if you're in a pinch, but it's much better to alternate healing and other skills.

* Illumination received a huge rework. It is now a double attack and also debuffs accuracy, but damage and debuff values have been lowered to compensate. You can use it to stack the debuffs on the same target or spread them on 2 targets according to the situation.

Stealing a hero for the entire fight is an interesting idea. Kind of serves the same purpose as cuym and makes the choice of who to sacrifice much more interesting.

Come to Your Maker would only trigger 2 times if it wasn't clear.

Well, I have some ideas at least for the skills.
Heart of Darkness to Size 3.
Come to Your Maker: Free action when HP hits 65% and 35%, Charms 1 Hero (Player's choice) like the Siren (entire fight).
Know This 1: Heavy stress and horror.
Know This 2 (Buff Skill): Buffs charmed hero for +50% damage and applies horror.
Bleed and Blight skills: No changes.
We are One: Availible when bellow 40% HP, 5 turn cooldown. Insta kills charmed hero and heals for ?%, clears Mark. Applies + Damage Taken debuff (entire fight).

The heart fight is fantastic as this intense one off finalé the first time you play it, but after that it's just easy and kinda dull since you know exactly what's going to happen.

Not sure if I'll rework it. Usually I do reworks when I have a decent first idea to build the fight around, but I dont have one for Heart. Maybe one day.

This feels right. Rank 2 Vestal is finally viable and the Illumination changes are very needed. Btw do you intend on reworking the Heart of Darkness boss fight? It feels like a very rushed and cheap boss fight. (not complaning about the 2 insta kills, I actually really like that).
