Obsidian Tracker

Description
A dual-dial/wheel tracker that goes from 0-99.

Inspired by Gloomhaven's tracker, the Obsidian Tracker is designed to look as close to the real thing as possible and still be as user-friendly as the included Counter Tool in Tabletop Simulator.
