Halo Theme for Main Menu Music Replacement

Changes the Starbound title music to a version of the Halo title screen music. I don't know this for sure but I doubt it is compatable with other titlescreen-changing mods. Also HUGE thanks to Anomnum and Pixelflame for their help! Without them I would have had no idea how to do this!

I can't find the original video on Youtube, but here is a link to the song posted by someone else. It was originally made by Marty O'Donnel I believe. If I am wrong, please let me know.
