Description
Scott Hall kicked off one of the biggest angles in wrestling history when he showed up on Monday Nitro in May 1996 and warned of a hostile takeover.

A few weeks later, Hall was joined by Kevin Nash, and the two former WWF stars challenged three of WCW's best to a match at Bash at the Beach, promising to bring a mystery partner. That partner turned out to be WCW's top star, Hulk Hogan, and the trio ran roughshod through WCW as the New World Order.

Hall and Nash captured tag team gold while in the nWo, and Hall captured multiple United States titles. He was the winner of the World War 3 battle royal in 1997.

Despite having issues with Hollywood Hogan, Hall stuck with nWo Hollywood during the faction's feud with the nWo Wolfpac. However, he came to Nash's aid at Starrcade and helped end Goldberg's undefeated streak with a taser.

The nWo reformed after Hogan "defeated" Nash with the fingerpoke of doom in early 1999. Hall had a brief run with the WCW World Television title before he threw the belt in a trash.

Hall left WCW in early 2000, but rejoined the nWo in the WWF after Vince McMahon brought the group back during a feud with Ric Flair. Hall's return to the WWF was short-lived, but he was able to compete in a high-profile match against Steve Austin at WrestleMania X8.

Hall wrestled on-and-off for TNA for several years, but rarely wrestled matches after leaving WWE.

He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as both Razor Ramon and as a member of the nWo.

RIP. Another legend gone too soon. Though I am somewhat relieved he didn't die of alcohol/drug use. At least he managed to slay that demon before it got him.
