Thargoid Barnacle

The investigation surrounding the Adamastor eventually lead to an abandoned reseach station on Musca Dark Region PJ-P b6-1 in the Coalsack Nebula.

Some 10 km from the station a wrecked SRV was found near a barnacle.
On closer inspection of the SRV a Thargoid Interceptor appeared and interacted with the barnacle.

Professor and engineer Ram Tah decrypted ancient Guardian logs that indicated Thargoid Barnacles are designed to extract resources from a planet and transform them into Meta-Alloys for use in the production of Thargoid ships and technologies
