Gatewarder Class Requirements

The corollary to my "Warpblade Class Requirements" mod. If Gatekeeper is a Scholar, and Warpblade is a Warrior, why not Gatewarder as a Scout? He curiously works as a Scout: a wind-based main attack with no charge time, an ally re-positioning ability, and a buff that nullifies "ranged" attacks, all seem to fit for Scout.

Changes Gatewarder's class requirements to depend more on the Scout line. Class requirements now changed to 500 Bat Handler and 250 Elementalist. Unlike Warpblade, the total exp needed to unlock Gatewarder has not changed much.
