Training Wheels: Longer Contentment

The first of a set of mods intended to allow new players to learn at their own pace by reducing, but not eliminating, a threat posed by an early-game run killer. I find dread most often kills new players as they haven't yet learned to sustain themselves while also combating it, so I created this mod to allow them to learn one, then the other.
