A Spy Mini Cooper made for the Brick Rigs Armed Forces to Patrol around the parameter of the city. Built in 2001, this Remote Control Spy Car reaches a top speed of 20 something miles per hour.

This is my second oldest creation, also 3 years old, but 5 months before City Plan 1. It is also in my opinion the most fictional too. As you can tell, I did not really put a lot of effort here in the description.
