Automatic Fog Horn 1x1

MicroController's name is "Automatic Fog Horn 1x1" and is meant for 1x1 Monitor, a 2x2 version may come later.

This is a complete rewrite of my older automatic fog horn controller.

This micro controller has 3 automatic modes for sounding the fog horn in accordance to International Navigation Rule 35 Sections (A),(C),(D).

The duration of your horn should be set shorter the longer your ship is to alert others they are near a large vessel.

The horns are as follows:
- A 5 second horn every 80 to 120 seconds for while moving in bad visibilility. (Section A)
- A 5 second horn followed by Two 2 second horns spaced .5 seconds apart every 70 to 120 seconds for while Towing, restricted manuverability, Not under command, drifting in bad visibility. (Section C)
- Five 1 second horns spaced .5 apart every 30-60 seconds for while at Anchor. (Section D)

The duration of the horns are dictated by Rule 32.

Changelog:
- Fixed it so that when one mode is active it turns the others off.
