Joe Manchin

Description
Joe Manchin is an anomaly in politics. Manchin is a Democrat from West Virginia, one of the most heavily Republican states in the country. He has served as West Virginia's Secretary of State, Governor, and is now a 2 term Senator. He is one of the most centrist members of the Senate. He voted for 2 of President Trump's Supreme Court nominees, and voted against one. He has received an "A" rating from the NRA, and has been the subject of attack ads from it. He is a strong supporter of coal and worked to stop EPA restrictions on the coal industry, while also supporting conservation laws like the Great American Outdoors Act. Can this self described "Conservative Democrat" use his moderate views to win the White House?
