Ghetto rigged a fix for this patch.
I don't know what I did but ears and tails seem to be working correctly. Untested for horns.

Your About.xml file is messed up. You need to edit the description portion so it doesn't include an ampersand, and you need to remove _copy from the packageId as underscores aren't allowed there.
