1 bâtiment contenant 4 appartement

Extérieur du Laboratoire :
1 parking avec 12 places
1 garage de 2 places
2 salles de sécurité : 1 pour ouvrir la porte du sas pour entrée dans le laboratoire et 1 pour ouvrir/fermer la la porte d'entrée (véhicule)

Laboratoire (rez de chaussé) :
1 sas d’entrée
1 accueil
1 salle de sécurité pour le sas
2 salle customisable
2 ascenseur pour accéder au niveau -1
Entrée pour la salle en cas de "containment breach" contenant 1 salle principale, 1 bureau et 1 accueil

Laboratoire (niveau -1) :
1 acceuil
10 bureau
1 caféteria
1 salle de sécurité
Entrée dans le laboratoire principale

Laboratoire principale :
3 chargeurs de combinaison H.E.V.

Yes, you need Portal 2 and Black Mesa content for the map
But Black Mesa is not a compatible game with Garry's mod but there are 2 ways to install Black Mesa content (models, textures and sound)
1 extract the materials, models and sound pack.dir of Black Mesa files game.
Or, you can download addon of Black Mesa Content

@alex5774, I think you need Portal, Portal 2, and Black Mesa mounted for the textures to be fixed.
