Holiday Town

Description
DISCLAIMER: This is a Work in Progress TINY Winter Map for you to build on. It does not include a full ARK Experience. This is a very small map with the intention of being used as a private sandbox. It is perfect for RP communities that want a Winter themed map to just build on for the Holidays.

This is my first attempt at making a map. For the past three years, I have run a Holiday Town build in ARK around the Christmas holiday time. This year, I opted to try to do something special for my friends and create a custom map for us to play on.

This is a very small, winter map, which you can build on. Please feel free to do with it as you wish, if you like.

I am going to run this mod on my dedicated server for fun. Feel free to join me on my Discord at discord.gg/d4m3EEV8yr.

This map includes one Spawn point, a functional day and night cycle, plus a few passive dinos. Dinos include: Ovis, Kairuku, Megaloceros, and Woolly Rhino (<10%).

There is water available under the ice, but you must drop a water intake pipe to get to it, as you will not be able to reach it.

Hi Everyone! It's been years since I've updated this and I probably won't be updating it moving forward. If it works - great! If not, my apologies. It was originally created because every holiday season, a group of folks that I would game with, would come together and build a Holiday Town. I wanted to make an easy-to-build world and push that theme along. However, it doesn't offer much more than that. No other real game experience. Just something different to have fun with.

I haven't played much Ark since then, so if I jump back into it, I may update it... but for now... it is what it is.

This is a small map and was only created for a group of us to build a Holiday Town. Think of it as just being a sandbox.

However, everyone is welcome to use it on their servers as a build OR come play with us and have fun!
