Auto-Crafting with Stacker

Description
This allows an IC to control a crafter and print the amount set on the stacker control wheel. It will also shutdown the crafter and stacker 30 seconds after a print is finished.
The crafter, stacker and IC need to be isolated with an APC. This also allows prints to continue when power is interrupted.
