"tac model s dlc" -rebel

Here it is! The Model S DLX! This is a quick "deluxe" modification of the Model S for civilian use. It includes a bigger cab, 2 seats, a touch pad and a retractable hardtop (last 3 not in-game). Since it includes more features than the original, this is much heavier, therefore it decreases the speed slightly.
