Description/lore

Developed in tandem with the Comet and Meteor fighters the Sabre is the most heavily armed fighter in REC service to date. It also is no slouch when it comes to speed and agility, as well as range. Sabre's are seen being used frequently on many ships in the fleet due to their ability to do most things well and shred any other fighter in it's path. The Sabre truly reflects REC's new doctrine with fighters, using them as offensive weapons instead of as tools to supplement fleets.
