This Fyrkat warehouse, called simply Lagring (storage), comes with a ladder attached.

Oh yeah it does... I'll add that requirement once I'm back from work. I only put it on the preview picture.

Thank you I have been hoping for old industry like this. Does this need the Industries expansion to show up in game?
