Alright, nobody blink! SCP-173 has joined Rivals of Aether!

"Moveset":

Up-Special: SCP-173 will teleport and snap the neck of a certain player on stage within range. When used again, SCP-173 will automatically teleport to the player it last used the attack on, regardless of position on or off stage. Has a long cooldown.

Side-Special: SCP-173 will move swiftly forward and snap anyone's neck within the range of the move.

Movement:

SCP-173, while RIDICULOUSLY NOT BALANCED, does have some inherent flaws.

1. SCP-173 cannot walk, run, or jump.

2. SCP-173 has movement based on it's Side-Special and Up-Special.. At the end of the day, a statue can only do SO much.

3. SCP-173 drops like concrete off stage...Oh wait, he is made of that, isn't he? However, getting him to budge on stage is nearly impossible due to his weight.

4. SCP-173, because of its lack of movement, can be easily juggled without the threat of it being able to do anything. HOWEVER, if you cannot infinite SCP-173, it has a window to use its Up-Special, killing you instantly.

5. This character is not fair and balanced, as all thing should be.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

SCP-173 was made very strong due to his canonical and in game power. Making his moves only due so little didn't fit the style of the character for me, so he was designed to one-shot most of the in-game and workshop roster. While he isn't "fair", he can be cheaped out with characters that do not rely on knockback to get it offstage.
