Chris Redfield Voice Mod

Description
This mod will replace Ellis's voice to Chris Redfiield voiced by Roger Craig Smith from Resident Evil franchise. Since Roger Craig Smith voiced Chris in so many games, I had many voice lines to work with, so I consider this my best work yet. This addon includes 1500+ voice lines out 2600 which include voice lines from RE5, RE6, REV1, REV2, UMVC3 and UMCI.

Just like my Wesker and Jill voice mod, this one too does require new sound.cache, since there are some Ellis lines, that are shorter than those of Chris's. Use CGFScape program, extract all sounds from my mod to steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\survivor\voice\mechanic. Then, launch the game and type into console snd_rebuildsoundcache. Should take 5 minutes. This will fix all possible statics and make all the sounds to play completely. You may then want to back up that sound.cache in case you need to validate integrity or reinstall the game.

Compatible with any Chris Redfield model mod or with any other model mod that replaces Ellis.

@Vaskier, actually this is irrelevant issue now. Those deepfake technologies developed so much that I could probably finish completely all of my voice mods. Maybe I'll get to that in the future.

just referring to some comments about not having enough voice lines. Roger Craig Smith Voices in heaps of games all using the same exact voice so you could probably snag lines from them. for example dying light could work as a good substitute, you wont be able to tell if it's Chris or Crane. i don't actually know anything about making voice mods just thought i'd share my thoughts. also great mod! :espresso:

@CBug519, see, I'm not author of that Leon's voice mod. If I had something to replace those 900+ remaining voice lines of Chris, I would have done it long ago and instead of pushing another addon to workshop, I would have updated this one. As far as I can see, those AI recreating voice bots are getting more and more real lately. Like for example: I've seen some Youtube channel using Kevin Conroy's voice (the original Batman's voice) to help people to break from Porn addiction xD If I get my hands on something like this to recreate Roger Craig Smith's voice and all other voice actors of characters I created voice replacements of, I will finish all of them completely, I really want to do that, but until that happens, I simply can't. I've used all the fitting voice lines, there is nothing else I can replace that will fit in.
