Yes, yes it does.
It might be steam fucking up something to do with the workshop, i've gotten alot of messages that my uploads are not working, all i can say is that you can either reinstall garrysmod or verify cache, and even me giving advice isnt welcome apparently because i was told to fuck off with my shitty advice for a crap mod so your on your own pal B)
