MK34 Mantis Short Range Assault Ship

A compact short range assault ship that folds it's wings inwards when deploying the landing gear to make it take up less space.

This ship is extremely mobile and maneuverable capable of dodging incoming fire and making sharp turns upwards. It also has a very good energy to heat economy. the cost of the speed and maneuverability however is a thin hull making this ship incapable of taking many shots.


This ships armaments include 2 simple Ranged Lasers for precision damage, 8 rapid fire Gatling Lasers for strafe runs and 2 Beam Auto Turrets set to attack your selected target.


Note: due to an issue with either a bug or the game not having this as a feature, if you have the wings folded in and take control of the ship and fold them out the game won't register the change in thruster position, the only solution I can find for this is to exit and quickly re-enter the yoke after you have folded them out.
